A YEAR IN LIV'S LIFE
July 2004
July began with Liv appearing in a lot of magazines, showing her well advanced pregnancy.
These magazines were Citizen K International, UK's New Woman and OK!, Norwegian
FM, and also New magazine.
On the other hand, the cover of the forthcoming Jersey Girl dvd (due in September) was previewed.
August 2004
In August, Liv appeared in two Australian magazines, NW and New Idea, as the movie Jersey Girl was released there at that time.
September 2004
In September, the dvd for Jersey Girl was released.
Due to her advanced pregnancy, Liv didn't attend many events, but she attended the
Marc Jacobs Spring 2005 Fashion Show in NY with her close friend Kate Hudson
October 2004
Liv's close friend, Stella McCartney, announced she was pregant as well.
Liv also showed how much she collaborates with good causes and charity designing a guitar. We have included
in this Special a section all about Liv and charity.
November 2004
November was not a very active month in terms of news. We learned that Liv had collaborated in two good causes:
- UNICEF's "Go Girls?" campaign
- Staples Foundation for Learning
December 2004
And finally we arrive at December, maybe the most important month in Liv and Roy's lives, expecially
December 14th when little Milo was born. He was born at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital,
and had a weight of 8 lbs. Quickly the news had great coverage in a lot of magazines.
January 2005
Liv and Roy began the New Year celebrating as parents for the first time.
Liv's new film Lonesome Jim was first screened at the Sundance Festival
February 2005
February was a month with little news. Just pointing that Liv's father Steven Tyler appeared in a film called Be Cool next to John Travolta and Uma Thurman
March 2005
In March we did a Special to celebrate Milo's birth and a Gift Project, which Liv liked a lot.
April 2005
In April, Liv helped again the charity causes, authographing LittleMissMatched socks.
May 2005
In May, Roy celebrated his 33rd birthday and Liv did the same with the Mother's Day.
We also heard rumours that Liv will be doing a new movie called August Rush opposite
Robin Williams.
At the end of the month, Liv, father and husband attended a gig by Irish rock band U2 in Boston
June 2005
In June, Liv along with Sean Penn and Naomi Watts were named Honorary Chairs for the Free Arts NYC's 6th annual art auction benefit.
Also, Liv and Givenchy celebrated the launch of the new Very Irresistible Givenchy fall edition.
In an interview with USA Today, we learned that a new rose
was named after Liv, calling it
Liv was very happy about her rose:
It's this big, beautiful pink rose. Maybe I can get them to give me a bush so I can plant it in my garden.
She also talked about Milo:
He has big lips.He has blue eyes like I do and blond hair like Roy. Giant hands and feet, like me. The nurse was so shocked, when I gave birth, about the size of his feet.
And about motherhood:
I always dreamt of being a mom, but it's so much more than I ever imagined it would be.
Pregnancy and motherhood has given me a new feeling of confidence that I've never had in my entire life.
