Off Topic / What are you thinking about right now?

Simple, but wise.

I don't ever remember there being a persistent trouble maker here, though. we all pretty much bided by the rules. Dunno if that's changed or not...

I feel like going to uni right now. Starting a fresh. That'd be cool.

That's true. Mods just get to throw their weight around and tell people off. Admins have to like, do stuff. Lot's of stuff. It'd be much like having a second job which you don't get paid for.

Poor admins. *snigger*

Oh right, so you're like an admin now? Wow cool.

I haven't gained much intelligence during my absence. How I missed you being an admin/mod is kinda beyond me.  -_-

Welcome back. For me the computer excuse would be pretty lame. "So, yeah. Computer's been broke. For about a year, yeah." Nah, bit too unreasonable, there.

Watching School of Rock on and off. At least trying to. Also speaking to a friend about Hanson.

Typical night, I reckon.

I've just had a chomp. It was very chewy. Just the way I like it.

Heh, yeah. I'm one of the 'oldies' if you like, walking stick and all. I seem to remember you quite well though, Ithill. Can't seem to remember why.

Then again, my memory is just, I dunno. Rubbish.

Whatever happened to May? Saw her on msn the other day.

(Wahey! Poet, just don't know it.)

Whoa! How many replies has this little topic notched up? Should be made into its own forum, I think. Or maybe not. Whatever.

So I'm back here again. Bit of a lengthy period off this time. So what am I thinking? How this place hasn't changed much. Is Arwen still around? Or Opeth? Or Lusi? Or have all the veterans deserted us?

I gotta wonder though. How's the British faithful going? Last I checked (quite a long time ago, that was) it was me, Arwen and Undomiel.

By the way, Russia is cool. Just remember that.  B)

We were in the North Western part, but I forgot what the place was called. Basically, it's a big house that my friend's uncle owns, and it's quite close to an RAF base. It was really kool 'cause on some days (when it didn't rain) with their training routines, they'd fly down real low to were we were. We could just about see them in their cockpits waving to us and giving the thumbs up or whatever, so that was kool. And when they really wanted to entertain us they'd do all these flips and corkscrew turns in the air. Caught some of it on video too.

And as for the weather in Scotland, it's hardly enjoyable. I met a guy in Tenerife who lives in Inverness, and apparantly it's pretty much cold all year round up there.

Phew! Two weeks in Tenerife with the family followed by a week in Scotland with friends. Tenerife was boiling hot while Scotland was... meh. Had a good time on both counts though, which was nice. A good break leading up to my GCSE results (and what a joy they're gonna be.

Anyway, that'll explain me being AWOL. So I was wondering... where have you guys been this summer? Or where are you guys going? Or, if you're not going anywhere this year, what'd be your dream holiday?

Answers on a postcard, or in the thread. :D

Of course I remember you, May. Can't forget the girl from Down Under. :)

And congratulations on becoming a moderator, Arwen. Might be late but hey, what the hell?  B)

Thanks for the greetings, guys. I sure missed this place.  Good to be back. :D

Hello! I return once more, for about the third time. Apologies for my absence. GCSEs have just been a pain and I haven't been able to do anything. I've just been trying to study as much as I can and, well, y'all understand.

And, may I say that there are a lot of new faces here. Not a bad thing of course. But I can't recognise any of the veterans (if I may call you veterans  :P) around here. I see Arwen's part of the moderating team though.  B)

Anyway, if you don't remember me, then I've probably made an idiot of myself.  But hey, GCSEs are over (almost, only one more exam left) so I have a lot more time on my hands. Whoo!

Anyway, the point being is that it's good to be back!  :)

Off Topic / does anyone play an instrament?
« on: June 23, 2004, 04:54:37 PM »
I play the guitar, the drums, and I can play a little bit of the piano as well.

Oh, and it's good to be back!  :D
