I haven't read it yet, I'm a bit reluctant about it since it's edited by Christopher Tolkien, it's not purely Tolkien. But I'll buy it later for sure.

Yeah.I know what you mean.I was kind of skeptical at first,but I was certainly going to read it.You can feel John's presence in it all the same.There is also a more melancholic atmosphere that is not as strong in his Lord of the Rings books, but a very similar feeling, leaning more towards his first age writings.I really did enjoy it myself.  :)
