pygmy :P I ship Harmony in the films since the idea of Emma kissing Rupert makes me feel sick and there's great chemistry between Dan and Emma (it's all in the eyebrows). But in the books I love Heron

Here's a pic for you though!

Book-Hermione Book-Ron would make such a good couple, but the film ones are crap.

Fuck, I can't even remember what happened in the last book ... was Luna in it?

the movie-hermione and movie-ron don´t fit together in ANY way....and I don´t know if I would like it in the book either... anyway I really loved how JK described this growing love on the last pages.....I just liked the picture that came to my mind.....anyway I don´t think those characters could fit together, but maybe just because of that it does (whitch is crap because being different isn´t good in a long lasting realationship and I´m sure that JK wouldn´t make them brake-up because she had to write about the big conflict about friends getting lovers and trying to be friends again) I also loved how she described the growing love of Harry to Ginny...I think she could be a good lovestory writer also. I think the story is sweet, but maybe just because I love to read such storys....I loved the part that Hermione said to Ginny that she should concentrate on other guys, because Harry didn´t recognized her and that Ginny seems to be so strong when he brakes-up their short realationship and when Harry says they could have had much more time together and everything.... omg I think I´m starting to rave about that.I should stop doing that...

I was 11 when the first book came out, and I'll be 21 or 22 when the last one comes out  It's like I was fifteen when the first LOTR film came out, I remember that period of my life like it was last week, but it was five years ago. Depressing.

That's what sparked my rant. We'll never have any decent L+J stories. *wails* Life isn't worth living anymore.  :D

I've only ever read a handful of decent L+J fanfics.

Very true ... mind, at the rate JKs going, I doubt she'd be able to write a better one lol.

^ ditto. I keep meaning to but I've lost it now. I tried a couple of times but I just couldn't be arsed, all the Slughorn stuff bogged me down.

I hate fanfic.
