Emrace the Rogue, B, embrace the Rogue.
  I have to until I get any more hair dye  :P  My friend Hugh called me Elvira once, lol.  I prefer Rouge though, she's hotter.  It's annoying because it's right in my fringe, and if I want to wear a full fringe I get this stiff sticky up white bits.  Bah.
Hugh? :jestera:

I've just had my hair cut shorter than I'd like and I've been walking around the house with a headscarf on.

It looks a bit Amy Winehouse, but I'm thinking for an early morning nip to the shops it could be ok...

Is this a dangerous road to go down??

Are headscarfs a do or a don't?

Hey I'm the king of the world
You ought to hear my song
You come on and measure me
I'm twenty inches long

i would say that that headscarf is scary looking, but if you find a nice one and tie it up nicely then it'll look good.

Sammy, wow! how long was it since you last cut it?

Lol Twinkle, as long as you don't have a beehive hidden under yer scarf then I'm sure you'll be alright, lol.

My hair is so flat all of the time! I dunno how to make it less flat because the second I put any product in it, it gets all greasy & ming.

Lol Arwen, I've bought some dark brown hairdye which will probably end up black, you'll be pleased to know :P

Oh yes, I blowdry it with one of those round brushes to give it volume at the top, but because my hair is horrible at the ends, I need to straighten it to make it look normal, so all the volume falls out again

I have flat hair too most of the time, sometimes it's hella frizzy though

I'm wondering if when I grow it, should I get choppy layers with a side fringe, or have it all one length with a thick, blunt fringe?

Niph - have you already tried to pin up the top portion of your hair with clips and then blowdried it?

Bel - I think the first version sounds very nice. :)

After ages of searching I finally found the perfect hairdresser. Today I went to him for the second time, but he told me that he's going to move to New York next week...*sniff*

Sammy!  You're supposed to get a trim every 6 weeks to keep your hair in good condition!!  :P

Mine too. I used to always go with my mum whenever she booked an appointment for me but I stopped going regularly when I was about 15.
My hair's in terrible condition at the moment, it badly needs a trim. Sigh. I hate hairdressers so much, they don't listen to me and they always ruin my hair by brushing it too hard when it's wet and as they blowdry. And I'm talking every hairdresser I've ever had, not just 1 or 2 guilty parties. I've done everything short of wrestle the round bristle brush out of their hands and beaten them round the head with it, and they still use the damn thing.
