We have one for hair, why not makeup!  :woot:

I was wondering if anybody had tried this foundation - it's basically the foundation version of Touche Eclat.  I'm considering buying it because I really love touche eclat, and the way it comes up on my skin.  Hmm.

I have tried it. But I don't think I am a good reviewer as I don't use foundation everyday just from time to time.

But if you liked Touche Eclat (which is perfect for me, nr 2) then this foundation will be good too. It makes your face more radiant.  It is invisible on your face, so it's not like everybody sees you've got foundation on.
The only disadvantage I can think of is that it doesn't cover all of the spots. My friend used it twice and she has a problem with acnes and it didn't cover it properly, but on the other hand, which foundation does.

I'd say if you use everyday foundation I'd go for it.

Thankyou for the advice AU!  I don't really need much coverage, so this will probably work well on me.  I just need to even out my skin tone a bit.  I wanted something lighter for summer too, because the Napoleon foundation I'm using at the moment is slightly heavier than I would normally use, but it's better for winter.

It's just like me. I sometimes use foundation to make the skin look more fresh and youthful and this foundation definately works.

I ended up at the Chanel counter      I was served by one of the executives because the store was short staffed - and she was SO helpful.  I love the products too.  Best foundation ever!

You sound like me Bel...I use the Touche Eclat under my eyes and use just a bit of foundation on my forehead and sides of my face to even my complexion.
I've been rotating several Givenchy foundations...the Sublimine one, which is heavier and I don't need much of, the lighter Sublimine which is more like a tinted moisturizer...it's very nice if I know I'll be getting some sun...and then their powder foundation.

I like it all...I was also curious about that YSL one you posted...so funny, I almost bought it on Sephora, but reminded myself that I have a ton of good foundation to use up before I go buying more  :P

I actually couldn't be without Touche Eclat, I love the stuff. I'm in the market for a new foundation too atm, & because I have reasonably well behaved skin, I don't want one that's too heavy or whatever (I've been using a Rimmel one recently & it's strangely sparkly, I go all shiny DAZZLING in the sun, ha. Before that I used a Lancome one which made me look jaundiced  ) I'll check out the YSL perfect touch foundation on Friday ... payday :woot:

Aw man, I'm kind of wishing the YSL lady hadn't been busy and I'd managed to test out that foundation now!  But I do love the Chanel.  It's nice and light  :heart1:

All sorts, lol. I'm afraid I don't keep a well-kempt makeup bag at all!

I don't usually wear eyeshadow, mascara or anything tinted on my skin, but I got all that out for the party last night so I thought I'd include it, lol.

-Fresh Memoirs of a Geisha crushed pearl shimmer powder (Ariel got this for me :D I use it on my cheekbones and brow bones)
-Stargazer nail varnish in black
-Boots no.17 Fast Finish nail varnish in 'Nightshade'
-Chanel Le Vernis in 'Rouge Noir'
-Boots no.7 Shine Free mattifying make-up base (amazing stuff)

So, here's mine. I'm a bit of a cheapo when it comes to makeup, though.  :P

from left to right:

- almay intense i-color eyeshadow (for browns)
- l'oreal paris HIP shadow duo - charisma. Love it :heart1:
- l'oreal paris HIP highlighter - twinkling
- rimmel london lash extender mascara. Makes my eyelashes stay curled & with loads of volume.
- MAC eye kohl in Smolder. Really good.
- maybelline nyc highlighter
- almay intense i-color eyeliner in purple amethyst. Makes my brown eyes pop.
- l'oreal colour riche lipstick in milla's plum. Puuurty.
- maybelline nyc eyelash curler
- colour workshop blush brush
- colour workshop eyeshadow brush
- revlon custom creations foundation / fair-light
- l'oreal paris bsre naturale powder / translucent
- covergirl trublend / translucent light

And I couldn't leave my nail polish out, right? I've been pleasantly surprised about rimmel ones because they don't peel off very easily and have some nice colours.

- revlon sheer translucide / sheer pink
- wet&wild black. Don't even think about buying it, ever.
- maybelline express finish / mocha blast
- pure ice / scandal. It's a dark purple, almost black. Doesn't peel and really cheap.
- rimmel wear 10 / hypnotise.
- revlon cherries in the snow. Stands out a lot against super pale skin.
- rimmel wear 10 / speed dating
- rimmel wear 10 / pink punk
